It’s you, exactly as you live and breathe today. No amount of money will ever be able to cover who you are. And that is what lights me up. 

Hi, I’m Jill! I’m a coach of coaches, an Expert EOS Implementer, an artist, a business owner, and my most important role, mom!

I’ve spent over a decade as an EOS® Implementer and as the Head Coach to the entire Implementer community. EOS has taught me the power of tools, systems and processes and how they can impact the trajectory of a team.

Somewhere along the way, I found that as the coach, I was the one needing the most support. I knew it all, and yet, I couldn’t move past the fight or flight stage… so what did I do? I hired a coach, prioritized doing my own inner work, and eventually started Coaching Magic to give other coaches the platform I wish I had had. 

These days I spend most of my time doing what I love most: helping coaches get out of their own heads, trust their instincts, and build something that’s unmistakably theirs!
